中國石化集團寧波工程有限公司設計科研大樓工程坐落于科技園區院士路上,本工程主樓19層,高度78.8米。裙樓3層,高度20.1米。大樓結構類型屬于鋼筋砼框架-核芯筒結構。
本建筑一層層高6m,二、三層層高5.1m,四層以上層高3.9m,板厚均為120mm。±0.000以上框架梁最大截面為500×1200mm,柱最大斷面為1000*1000MM,剪力墻的最大厚度為400MM。砼采用泵送為主,塔吊運輸為輔。
二、模板安裝施工工藝
為保證本工程的工程質量,減少模板拼縫,使構件表面平整,以及方便模板的安裝,本工程的結構支模時使用九夾板與松木做成定型木模板。承重材料采用Φ48*3.5鋼管支撐滿堂腳手架。加固材料采用對拉螺桿配以方木和鋼管。核心筒采用木膠合板拼裝大模板;樓梯底模采用木膠合板,踏步側模采用松木板50 厚;廚房、衛生間、走道等與樓層的高差用木方欄擋。

To ensure the project quality, reduce the template seam, so that component surface roughness, and to facilitate the installation of the template, the structure of this project support the use of nine model made of shaped plywood and pine wood template. Load-bearing material using Φ48 * 3.5 steel tube scaffolding support full house. Reinforcement material is accompanied by side on the pull screw wood and steel. The core barrel assembly with wood plywood formwork; staircase mode using wood veneer, square one side of the mold with thick pine board 50; kitchen, bathroom, walkways, etc. and the height difference with a wooden floor bar block.
