河北科技會堂、科技館工程主體為框架結構，地下一層，層6.4m高，地上
三層，層高為7.2m。
工程主要結構構件尺寸：柱，600×800、1000×850，梁，300×900、300×900，500×950、750×900；板，120、200厚；剪力墻，400、300厚。其中科技館工程長向梁、地下室外圍墻呈弧形。
本工程柱、直形墻、梁擬采用組合鋼模板配模，孤形墻、梁、頂板采用多層板或竹模板配模。
