一、工程概況
    本工程為唐山市宏揚花園商住樓工程，位于唐山市火炬路西側(cè)，由唐山宏揚房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司招標籌建，唐山國旺建筑安裝有限公司中標承建。工期為333天，要求2001年10月10日開工，2002年10月30日竣工交付使用。該工程由唐山市規(guī)劃建筑設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計，建筑平面為5單元組合條式住宅樓。建筑面積為16757.66M2（其中地下室面積2310M2）。地下是一層半地下室，地上主體為六層。地下室層高2.2M，首層層高為3.6M，二層層高為3.0M，三至六層層高為2.9M，單元組合為一梯兩戶，一二層為商業(yè)用房，三至六層為住宅。該工程為框架結(jié)構(gòu)。方案編制依據(jù)QTG250塔式起重機說明書、《塔式起重機安全規(guī)程》GB5144-94、《塔式起重機操作使用規(guī)程》JBJ80012-89、《建筑施工安全檢查標準》（JGJ59-99）、《河北省〈建筑施工安全檢查標準〉實施細則》等關(guān)于施工機具技術(shù)規(guī)范標準。
二、拆卸人員的組成和職責
1、拆卸人員主要由起重指揮（信號工）、起重工、拆卸工、電工等組成。原機操作人員和輔助拆卸的起重工，運輸汽車的駕駛員為配合人員，還要配備機械或電氣技術(shù)人員，由專業(yè)隊
