一、工程概況
     本工程為唐山市宏揚花園商住樓工程，位于唐山市火炬路西側，由唐山宏揚房地產開發公司招標籌建，唐山國旺建筑安裝有限公司中標承建。工期為333天，要求2001年10月10日開工，2002年10月30日竣工交付使用。該工程由唐山市規劃建筑設計研究院設計，建筑平面為5單元組合條式住宅樓。建筑面積為16757.66M2（其中地下室面積2310M2）。地下是一層半地下室，地上主體為六層。地下室層高2.2M，首層層高為3.6M，二層層高為3.0M，三至六層層高為2.9M，單元組合為一梯兩戶，一二層為商業用房，三至六層為住宅。該工程為框架結構。模板施工方案編制依據《建筑施工安全檢查標準》（JGJ59-99）、《建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架安全技術規范》（JGJ130-2001）《河北省〈建筑施工安全檢查標準〉實施細則》等。

二、模板安裝概況
   本工程模板需用量較大，柱用組合鋼模，框架主梁底用木模，側模用鋼模。支撐采用φ48ｍｍ鋼管，鋼管符合國家現行規范
