2、 工程概況：
本工程為邯鄣供電公司用電生產樓，位于中華大街與朝陽路交匯處，總建筑面積17747.8m2，地上十層、局部十一層，裙房四層，地下二層，建筑總高度44 m，結構形式為框架結構，本工程外架采用挑梁式雙排挑外腳手架，分別于一層、五層九層設置挑梁。里腳手架采用滿堂架了。
3．腳手架構配件的質量標準
　�。�1）鋼管：鋼管一般采用外役48mm，壁厚3.5mm的3號鋼焊接鋼管，
其化學成份與機械性能符合國家標準《碳素結構鋼》（GB／T700）的要求。立桿、縱向水平桿（大橫桿）的鋼管長度一般為4~6m，橫向水平桿（小橫桿）一般為1.9~2.3m。鋼管應涂
