落地式鋼管腳手架
搭設(shè)方案
(一般內(nèi)容)
1. 編制依據(jù):編寫方案所依據(jù)法律、法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范及文件、圖紙等。
2. 工程概況及條件:按現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況寫清楚明確。
3. 腳手架平面布置圖(示意)
4. 腳手架構(gòu)配件的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
4.1 鋼管及扣件
鋼管宜采用外徑48mm,壁厚3.5mm焊接鋼管,宜采用力學(xué)性能適中的
Q235A(3#)鋼,其力學(xué)性能應(yīng)符合國(guó)家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《碳素結(jié)構(gòu)負(fù)鋼》GBT700中Q235A鋼的規(guī)定,扣件應(yīng)符合GB15831-1995《鋼管腳手架扣件》的規(guī)定。
4.2 底座
扣件式鋼管腳手架的底座有可鍛鑄鐵制造的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)底座和焊接底兩種。可能鑄鐵標(biāo)準(zhǔn)底座的材質(zhì)要求與扣件相同。焊接底座應(yīng)采用Q235A鋼,焊條應(yīng)采用E43型,幾何驚寸應(yīng)符合圖示

4.1 steel and fastener
Diameter steel pipe should use 48mm, wall thickness 3.5mm welded steel pipe, should adopt a moderate mechanical properties
Q235A (3 #) steel, its mechanical properties should be consistent with current national standards "negative carbon structure steel" GBT700 in the provisions of Q235A steel, fasteners should conform to GB15831-1995 "Steel Scaffolding Coupler" requirement.
4.2 base
Steel tubular scaffolding base has a standard malleable iron manufacturing base and welding the bottom two. Standard cast iron base materials may be requested with the same fastener. Q235A steel welded base should be used, electrodes should be used E43 type, geometry should be consistent with shock-inch icon
