基礎(chǔ)降水工程施工方案

二、 工程概況：
河北工業(yè)大學教學實驗樓位于天津市虹橋區(qū)光榮道8號，河北工業(yè)黨東院
院內(nèi)，是一座寓教學、科研、實驗于一體的綜合性教學樓。主樓為13層鋼筋砼框剪結(jié)構(gòu)，局部14層，地面以下地室一層為整體式鋼筋砼箱形結(jié)構(gòu)，深5.4m。地下室底板平面尺寸89.6×22.1m，設(shè)計采用鉆孔灌注樁基礎(chǔ)，在基坑開挖前已施工完畢，現(xiàn)場自然地坪標高－1.2米左右，要求基坑范圍內(nèi)降水至基底以1米，即降至標高－6.4m，地面以下處5.2m。
由天津市勘察院勘察第1999－2－008號地質(zhì)報告得到淺層土土質(zhì)狀況如
下：
　　1．人工填土層：厚度1.5～2.20m由上部雜填土和下部素填組成，層底標高3.55～2.61m。
　　2．新近沖擊層：厚度為4.60～2.20m，頂部標高3.55～2.61m，由上部粉質(zhì)粘土及下部
