金橋瑞仕花園地下室防水工程施工方案
一、 工程概況：
本工程包括A,B,C,D,E五處的地下車庫，地下一層，建筑面積：36976m2,本工程的地下車庫后澆帶及頂板采用“力星牌”APP防水卷材（4mm厚）；地下車庫的外墻采用“鴻雯牌”911一布三涂防水涂料（2mm厚）。地下車庫外墻板防水面積：10648m2，頂板防水面積：37321m2.頂板上的排風口部、進風口部、車庫頂板同三型站頂板板面之間高低差的墻板部位、外墻板轉角處、外墻板與連通口和底板的交接處等部位都構成陰角部位、外墻板上下間距約450mm的對拉螺栓部位、結構的后澆帶等部位，這些部位是防水薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，需按設計要求精心施工。

三、 材料質量要求：
所用的防水材料必須具有產(chǎn)品質量保證書、性能檢測報告、準用證。材料的品種、規(guī)格
