本工程基礎模板除地下室中基礎梁下沉部位、地下室筏板外側模板均采用240厚實心磚磚胎模以處，其余均采用防水膠合板模板、木方背楞，鋼管扣件支撐體系，配合采用槽鋼柱箍、梁柱定型接頭及對拉螺栓和工具式活動支撐。
１） 根據本工程結構形式、規模、層次、工期質量目標要求和我公司資源配備情況，考慮一次配足整個地下室施工所需的底板、墻板、頂板等構件所有的模板支撐體系，框架柱模板按各規格總柱數的1/2配備，施工中進行翻轉使用。
２） 在施工過程中，對于每次拆除后的模板，要安排人員清理并檢查，對于有破損的應及時更換，所有模板統一加工制作后應編號使用。
３） 針對本地下室工程創建筑優質結構的工程目標，我們在模板的投入上要下硬功夫，考慮所有模板均采用防水竹膠模板，其中槽鋼柱箍和梁柱接頭由專業廠家根據實際構件尺寸專門加工制作后送至現場安裝。其余梁板模板由現場事先統一下料加工，并按照細木加工的要求進行模板制作。
４） 模板施工準備工作：
