一、 工程概況
****工程建設(shè)項目位于昆明市**路延長線***號，占地約300畝，由云南***房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司開發(fā)，小區(qū)共劃為兩個標段，總建筑面積約為32萬平方米，設(shè)計由云南***設(shè)計院和昆明**大學(xué)設(shè)計研究院分標段設(shè)計，小區(qū)規(guī)劃建筑為七層住宅區(qū)和小高層住宅區(qū)，工程地質(zhì)勘察由昆明**建筑勘察設(shè)計院進行地質(zhì)勘察。
由本施工單位組織施工的為小高層住宅區(qū)的共12幢，均為十三層框剪結(jié)構(gòu)，基中地下一層，地上十三層。場地屬古滇池湖
