一、概述
江西紙業股份有限公司是一家規模較大的老廠，也是典型堿法化學木漿造紙的廠家之一。目前，原有傳統工藝隨著社會進步，對紙品的需求的增加，以及對環境影響的重視，已無法滿足要求，故該公司擬進行技術改造工程，決定新增脫墨廢紙漿車間。為滿足和達到國家環保總局對該項目的批復要求，擬對該車間廢水進行治理。
