 基礎筏板及基礎梁分項工程施工方案

一、 概況及主要工程量：

本工程基礎設計為鋼筋砼有梁式筏板基礎。筏板平面呈“L”形，筏板厚550mm，寬度22.16m，東西向長度44.36m，南北向長度82.78m。基礎梁截面尺寸為400×600mm。砼標號為C25，總方量為1310m3，所用鋼筋量150T。在16—18軸間靠近18軸處留有1m寬的貫通后澆帶，后澆帶砼待主體完工后再澆筑。

二、 施工部署及主要施工方案：

The basis of this project is designed to have beam-reinforced concrete raft foundation. Raft plane was "L" shaped raft thickness 550mm, width of 22.16m, east-west length of 44.36m, north-south length of 82.78m. Foundation beam cross-section dimensions of 400 × 600mm. Concrete grade for the C25, the total party amount 1310m3, the use of reinforcement 150T. In the 16-18 axis close to the 18 axis of 1m wide left after pouring through, after pouring concrete to be poured after the main completed.
