湖南XX學院新校區學生宿舍樓工程，建設地點位于湖南XX學院新校區，緊鄰XX公路，本建筑分二棟，一至三層由一大廳連接，共六層。本建筑占地面積2376m2，建筑面積為13269m2，建筑主樓最高度為22.70m，檐口高度為20.90m，磚混結構，抗震設防烈度為七度,安全等級為二級。
本工程各層建筑功能為學生宿舍。層高均為：3.3m
防水工程：本工程屋面防水采用屋面鋼筋混凝
