3＃電氣室施工方案
1、工程概況及特點(diǎn) 編制依據(jù)
   3＃電氣室總建筑面積689㎡，地上一層地下一層。地下部分建筑面積360㎡為整體砼池體，底板厚度為800㎜，側(cè)墻厚度為400㎜，底板底標(biāo)高為－4.8m，上頂標(biāo)高為0.12m。采用C30S6級抗?jié)B混凝土。地上部分，建筑面積329㎡框架結(jié)構(gòu)，屋頂標(biāo)高4.6m，采用C25砼。
   3＃電氣室鋼筋及混凝土量較多，結(jié)構(gòu)層次較為復(fù)雜，為保證施工優(yōu)質(zhì)，高速的完成，特做本施工方案。

Building area of 360 square meters underground concrete tank for the whole body, floor thickness of 800 mm, wall thickness of 400 mm, the bottom floor elevation of-4.8m, the top elevation of 0.12m. Impermeability of concrete using C30S6 level. Aerial part, building area of 329 square frame structure, roof elevation 4.6m, with C25 concrete.
   3 # steel and concrete electrical room was greater, more complex level structure, in order to ensure construction quality, high-speed completion of special programs to do the construction.
