一、工程概況
        本工程為唐山市宏揚花園商住樓工程，位于唐山市火炬路西側，由唐山宏揚房地產開發公司招標籌建，唐山國旺建筑安裝有限公司中標承建。工期為333天，要求2001年10月10日開工，2002年10月30日竣工交付使用。該工程由唐山市規劃建筑設計研究院設計，建筑平面為5單元組合條式住宅樓。建筑面積為16757.66M2（其中地下室面積2310M2）。
First, project survey
        This works for commercial and residential project in Tangshan carry forward the garden, located in Tangshan City, Torch Road, west side, from the Tangshan Hong Yang, tender preparation of real estate development company, Tangshan Guo Wang Construction and Installation Co., Ltd. won the bid construction. Duration of 333 days, asked on Oct. 10, 2001 started on Oct. 30, 2002 completion of delivery. The project by the Tangshan City Planning and Design Institute of Design, Architecture flat strip combination for the 5 unit residential building. Construction area 16757.66M2 (including basement area of 2310M2).
