第一章 綜合說明
1.1、工程概況
由蘇州市金都置業有限公司投資擬建蘇州市金都大廈工程位于蘇州市吳中區石湖東路與白云路交匯的東北側,尹山變電站東側。金都大廈總占地面積約10475m2,擬建建筑物包括1幢主樓,1幢輔助樓,主樓由3幢呈近三角形的12~13層小高層及3層裙樓組成,基礎相連,均有一層地下室。擬建場地為空地,地面標高在2.25~2.80m之間,地形較平坦,交通便利。
擬建地下人防地下室形狀略成梯形,地下室工程總建筑面積3044m2,東西長為80.0m,南北寬為58.0~12.4m。設計的±0.00相當于黃海高程3.20m,底板標高-4.95m(局部-5.50m即配電室),底板厚0.60m,墊層厚10㎝,碎石墊層厚15cm;讟烁-5.65m(局部-6.20m),黃海高程-2.45m(局部-3.00m);娱_挖深度約5.00m。
1.2、編制依據
1)《蘇州金都大廈主樓地下人防工程平面圖》由蘇州市天地民防建筑設計研究院有限公司設計;
2)工程地質勘察報告《蘇州金都大廈巖土工程勘察報告》(2005-K-294)由江蘇蘇州地質工程勘察院提供;

1.1, Project Overview
Downtown Properties Limited by Suzhou investment proposed Downtown Building Project is located in Suzhou Wuzhong District, Suzhou City, Shek Wu Road and Baiyun intersection of the northeast, east of Yin Mountain substation. Downtown building total area is about 10475m2, the proposed buildings include a main building, an auxiliary building, main building was from the three nearly triangular 12 to 13 layers and 3 layers of small high-level podium formed the basis of connected, have a basement. The proposed site is vacant, the ground elevation at 2.25 ~ 2.80m between the relatively flat terrain, and convenient transportation.

Design of ± 0.00 is equivalent to the Yellow Sea Elevation 3.20m, floor elevation-4.95m (-5.50m that the local power distribution room), floor thickness of 0.60m, cushion thickness of 10 cm, gravel cushion thickness 15cm. Base elevation-5.65m (local-6.20m), the Yellow Sea elevation-2.45m (local-3.00m). Excavation depth of about 5.00m.
