1、工程特點和施工條件：
青島市供電公司廠房及經(jīng)濟適用房工程位于青島市市南區(qū)延吉路155號。結構形式為框支剪力墻，總建筑面積23449平方米（其中地上部分18259平方米，地下部分5190平方米）。地下二層人防部分平時為車庫，抗力等級為六級。
本工程戰(zhàn)時劃分為一個防護單元，劃分為Ａ、Ｂ兩個抗暴單元，防護等級為六級。防火等級為一級防火，地下室平時功能部分設火災自動報警系統(tǒng)和自動滅火系統(tǒng)，消防控制室設在地下層。地下室所設停車庫劃分為一個防火分區(qū)，設備用房自成一個防
