塔 吊 施 工 方 案
一、工程概況
********一期工程,位于****市東部**城,北側為已建的6號渠,東側為27號大街,西側為一條規劃道路。是由*******開發公司投資興建,*******設計研究院設計,*******建設公司承建,*******監理公司監理,*******勘察研究院勘察,地下室基坑圍護設計方案由*******勘察研究院設計。我公司承建的**標段,包括1#、2#、3#、8#、10#、11#、12#、13#樓,其中1~3#樓為28~32層,高度98.2米;8#、10#樓14~18層,高度約為55米,11~13#樓為28層,高度約為82米,地下室一層。整個工程在施工中垂直運輸工作量很大,材料的運輸周轉也很大,項目部結合建筑物的高度、結構特點、施工現場環境,綜合考慮工期、吊運能力、機械類型等因素,合理安排機械數量和布置位置,計劃安排塔吊共計7臺:在1#樓的北側1-34/1-N(位于地庫內)安裝一臺QTZ60塔吊;2#樓2-10/2-H(位于地庫處)安裝一臺QTZ60塔吊;3#樓3-32/3-N(地庫內)安裝一臺QTZ60塔吊;8#樓8-26/8-R(位于地庫內)考慮安裝一臺QTZ315塔吊;10#樓10-26/10-A(位于地庫內)考慮安裝一臺QTZ60塔吊;11#樓安裝一臺QTZ60塔吊,13#樓13-15/13-P(地庫外)安裝一臺QTZ60塔吊,13#樓塔吊兼顧12#樓。
二、塔吊的基礎設計
1、地質情況分析
根據*********勘察研究院地質勘察資料,其土層分布依次如下,1-1素填土,1-2回填土,2-1粉土,2-2粉土,2-3粉砂、夾粉砂,2-4粉砂,4-1粉土,4-2粉土夾淤泥質粉質粘土,5淤泥質粉質粘土,6-1粉質粘土,6-2含砂粉質粘土,6-3粉細砂。從本工程的土質情況、土方開挖后承臺的支撐以及對邊坡支護影響等因素考慮,塔吊采用承臺基礎,承臺下為鉆孔灌注樁支撐,以確保塔吊基礎的穩定性,基礎承載力滿足使用要求。鉆孔灌注樁的深度根據土層情況,考慮在40~45米之間,直徑800,根據承臺尺寸,承臺下布置四根樁,四角分別布置,樁中心點距離為3000mm。
2、承臺基礎和墊層設計
根據地質情況分析,結合廠家提供的基礎施工要求,承臺選用4820 mm×4820mm×1250mm(長×寬×高),混凝土強度不低于C30要求,基礎承臺采用C30鋼筋砼內配Ф20﹫183雙層雙向,縱、橫方向每隔2根主筋設一根Ф20拉筋。根據土質情況,地庫外的塔吊基礎承臺下設100厚C15素混凝土墊層和300厚塊石墊層。
3、樁基礎設計
樁基礎采用樁徑為Ø800mm鉆孔灌注樁,位于地庫外的塔吊樁樁長40米,樁頂標高-2.00米,樁底標高-42.00米,樁頂嵌入承臺100mm,樁身配筋情況:主筋8Φ20,籠長L=30.70米,螺旋箍Ø8@200,樁頂2米加密Ø8@100,

Tower crane work plan was implemented

Second, the basic design of tower crane
1, Geological Analysis

Soil conditions from this project, earthwork excavation pile support and the impact of factors such as slope protection considerations, tower crane with pile foundation, pile cap support for the bored pile to ensure the stability of Tower Crane Foundation, the basis of capacity to meet the requirements. Bored depth according to soil conditions, consider 40 to 45 meters in diameter and 800, according to cap size, pile cap arrangement of four piles, each corner arrangement, pile center distance of 3000mm.
2, cap base and cushion design
According to geological conditions, combining with manufacturers to provide the basis for construction requirements, cap use 4820 mm × 4820mm × 1250mm (length × width × height), concrete strength requirements of not less than C30, C30 based on reinforced concrete pile used within the allocated Ф20 @ 183 double two-way, vertical and horizontal direction at intervals of two longitudinal bars located a Ф20 stretching.
