河南發展大廈工程位于鄭州市農業路東段路南、河南報業大廈對面，經一路與經二路之間。該工程地下兩層，地上由A座27層，B座15層及3層裙房組成。基礎采用樁筏結合基礎，地下及上部結構形式A座采用框架-核心筒結構，B座采用框架剪力墻結構（局部鋼結構）。
本工程基坑目前已按原基坑支護方案進行了支護，除A座第三道錨桿未施工外，其余支護工作已完成，經業主、監理等多方面專家論證，取消原樁-錨聯合支護體系中的第三道錨桿，改為在原第三道錨桿位置上部增加內支撐體系（具體詳見內支撐加固設計方案）。
本工程基坑土方開挖原定由昊鼎公司A座挖至-12.65m，B座至-8.05m，余土由我方挖除�，F由于受A座
