主樓升降機施工方案

1、升降機選型
本工程施工人員和小型材料的垂直運輸主要通過升降機完成,考慮主樓施工層數和各樓層的工程量,擬采用型號為SCD200×200K,高度120m的升降機,安裝在主樓西面。
2、升降機定位
升降機安裝在地下室頂板上,位置確定在2~3交1/0A~A軸之間。機身與外架距離為20,附墻桿與A軸線框架梁預埋件連接,附墻桿安裝高度分別為11、19.55、27.85、35.75、43.65、51.55、59.45、67.35、75.45、83.8、92.4、99.2米標高位置.
3、升降機基礎
基礎平面尺寸為6m×4m,板厚為h=400mm,配筋Φ10@200,雙層雙向,混凝土強度C30。具體做法如下圖。
