二、工程概況
1、工程概況：
 中科院中關村青年小區位于北京市海淀區中關村東路80號，10＃、11＃樓位于小區西北側，該工程地下二層，地上二十八層，為鋼筋混凝土全現澆剪力墻結構。建筑高度為79.90m，一類高層民用建筑，耐火等級為一級，地下室層高為3.2m、5.6m,地上部分為2.8m、2.9m。
本工程地下室基礎底板厚度為1600mm,混凝土剪力墻厚度為300mm,250mm。樓板厚度為300mm、220mm,地上

1, Project Overview:
 Chinese Academy of Sciences Zhongguancun, Haidian District, Beijing Youth Zone is located in Zhongguancun East Road, 80, 10 #, 11 # House in district northwest of the underground second floor, the floor 20 eight-story, reinforced concrete shear wall structure of the whole place.
