中科院青年小區10＃、11＃樓回填土施工方案.doc

一、工程概況
中科院中關村10 號樓基礎埋深標高-12.01m，CFG 復合樁地基，基礎
開挖采用土釘墻邊坡支護方式，基礎底板1.6m 厚，底板外模采用磚砌胎膜，
地下結構底板下及外墻外鋪貼兩層SBS 防水卷材。
本工程基礎底板防水施工后，進行底板胎膜外的2︰8 灰土回填，地
下基礎結構施工到±0.00 后，進行地下室肥槽回填。按照設計圖紙要求，2
︰8 灰土回填坡度1：0.25，沿建筑物外墻下，底部寬度50cm，上部寬度為
3.35m 范圍內填2：8 灰土，其余均以素土回填。
填土壓實系數設計無具體要求，按照常規要求一般為0.93~0.95，夯實
后的干密度≥1.45g/cm3。本工程回填土質量控制指標選用干密度。
本工程基坑回填土總量：灰土約2488m3，素土約650m3。回填土
