整體爬升式腳手架施工方案
本工程主體高度為71.2米,結合建筑物結構形式,根據本公司類似工程的施工管理經驗,四層以下采用雙排落地式鋼管扣件腳手架,四層以上采用整體爬升式腳手架。
節11.1爬升外腳手架的設計構想
腳手架以不大于7m的跨度為一個單元,共設30個承力底托,30個挑梁及電動葫蘆,架體共12步加一步護身欄,總高18.60m,橫豎桿間距1.4m左右,雙排架子寬0.8m,里排桿距建筑物0.5m,架體最下面一步架為承力桁架,承力桁架部分每個節間均設斜腹桿。承力桁架兩端坐落在承力底托上,承力底托里端用M22螺栓與建筑物邊梁固定,外端用φ25斜拉桿與上一層邊梁拉結,懸掛電動葫蘆的挑梁固定方法同承力底托。
節11.2爬升外腳手架的安裝及提升工藝流程
1、安裝工藝流程:
搭設操作平臺架子→安裝承力底托→搭設承力桁架→搭設整個架體→設立拉結點→架體鋪板、掛網→安裝挑梁、電動葫蘆→連接葫蘆與承力底托→安裝防外傾裝置→安裝防墜落→檢查驗收。
2、提升工藝流程:
檢查掛鉤→松開所有固定拉結→撤離架體上所有活荷載→短暫開動葫蘆、繃緊鏈條→調整葫蘆鏈條使之受力均勻→拆除承力底托與建筑物的連接→開機提升,觀察同步情況→提升到位安裝承力底托→安裝承力底托拉結點→檢查驗收后提供使用。
在使用期間將挑梁、電動葫蘆升到上一層以備下
