一期工程辦公樓屋面工程施工方案.doc

本工程屋面采用珍珠巖保溫，SBS防水卷材結合防水涂膜聚氨酯防水層。
一、施工程序：
基層清理→管道堵洞、找平層→涂膜防水層→彈線→找坡層→保溫層鋪設→找平層→卷材防水層→面層。
施工要點：
1：8水泥珍珠巖找坡：找坡坡度為2%，操作前應在女兒墻上彈出標明珍珠巖鋪設的厚度及坡度，另外，在屋頂做出找坡灰餅，以示珍珠巖鋪設的厚度及坡度。鋪設由高向低，最低處不得低于40mm。找坡層施工完畢，鋪設100厚水泥珍珠巖保溫塊。
二、 卷材防水卷材施工
1、材料及要求：
防水卷材材料應具有出廠合格證或廠家產品的認證文件，材料進場后做復試，合格后方可使用。
2、主要機具：汽油噴燈、攪拌桶、滾刷、剪刀、壓滾、清理工具等。
3、作業條件：
（1）基層應按設計要求抹好找平層，要求抹平、壓光、堅實平整、不起砂，不空鼓，坡度符合設計，無積水現象。
（2）基層應基本干燥，含水率低于8%。

1, material and requirements:
Waterproofing membrane material should have the factory certificate or certification of products from documents and materials to do re-testing after admission, qualified before use.
2, the main equipment: gas burner, stirring drum, roller brush, scissors, pressure roller, cleaning tools.
3, the operating conditions:
(1) primary design requirements should be smeared with leveling layer, required disappearing, the pressure of light, solid formation, can not afford to sand, not void, slope consistent with the design, no water phenomenon.
(2) basic primary should be dry, moisture content below 8%.
