        懸挑式鋼平臺設計方案

        一、工程概況:
        蘇州工業園區東湖大郡Ⅰ標段工程由蘇州工業園區建屋發展有限公司開發,中國建筑西南勘察研究院(蘇州)勘察設計,蘇州市建筑設計研究院設計,江蘇蘇中建設集團股份有限公司承建。工程抗震設計烈度六度。建筑抗震設防類別為丙類建筑,建筑結構安全等級為二級,結構使用年限為50年。
        砌筑磚墻及粗裝修材料運輸比較困難,在塔吊起吊范圍內擬搭設懸挑式鋼平臺。
        為確保工期安全,現依據國家JGJ80-91有關鋼平臺規定,擬定安裝懸挑式鋼平臺。
        二、鋼平臺設計
        1、設計的鋼平臺面積:
        可利用平臺面積為10.05m2(其中走道平臺2.43m2)(見圖)
        2、設計荷載:
        (1)、平臺自重不大于0.74T,滿足塔機最大幅度吊運對荷載要求:
        A、[16槽鋼24m×19.74kg/m=473.76kg
        B、∠80×80角鋼3.6m×8.5kg/m=30.6kg
        C、∠50×50角鋼13.6m×3.77kg/m=51.3kg
        D、多層膠合板0.18m3×400kg/m3=72kg
        E、欄桿、附平臺短件估100kg
        (2)、活荷載為1500N(一部運輸小拖車和1-2人)。
