第一章 工程概況
本工程為一住宅小區(qū)，首期工程由11幢33層的高級豪華高層商住樓及相應(yīng)的配套設(shè)施組成，總建筑面積274562m2，該工程位于市郊公路南側(cè)。
1．建筑設(shè)計
該工程為11幢高層商住樓，地下一層作為車庫和設(shè)備用房，地上33層，其中1~3層的裙房作為商場和大廈的管理用房，裙房以上均為豪華型高層住宅，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層的不同平面布置形式，分成A、B、C三種類型(見下圖)。

(1)室內(nèi)裝修：公共部位的電梯前廊、公共走道及營業(yè)大廳的頂棚，采用輕鋼龍骨石膏板藝術(shù)吊頂，墻面鑲貼磨光大理石，局部鑲貼釉面磚；樓地面鋪貼磨光花崗巖，局部鋪貼同質(zhì)地磚。住宅戶內(nèi)部位的墻面和頂棚刷白色乳膠漆，地面鋪貼柏木地板。廚房、衛(wèi)生間頂棚采用鋁合金扣板吊頂，墻面鑲貼白色隱花瓷片，地面貼淺綠色防滑地磚，衛(wèi)生設(shè)施采用全套進口豪華衛(wèi)生潔具。分戶門為防火防盜門，其余為雙面夾板門，刷醇酸瓷漆。公共走道口、控制室、管道井全部安裝自動控制的鋼質(zhì)防火門。
(2)外裝修：外墻除裙房局部鑲貼磨光花崗巖外，其余全部統(tǒng)一貼6mm*60mm*240mm的黃色條磚飾面。外門窗為銀灰色鋁合金門窗，鑲淺綠色玻璃Chapter Project Overview
