設備基礎施工方案

一、工程概況：
  淀粉車間工程設備較多，施工工藝復雜。 6月25日接到C、D區設備基礎圖紙（白圖）。大塊式設備基礎底部采用C20毛石砼，SJ19.01—1，2、SJ20.01—3.4.5.6、SJ18.01—1.2填夯實，下部采用三、七灰土回填,三、七灰土范圍為設備基礎外邊緣1500mm.由于C、D區的獨立基礎土方在6月23日已開挖完成。在整個土方開挖方案中由于不知道設備基礎的底標高，無法一次性開挖，獨立基礎只有采用點式開挖方案，而對于設備基礎土方只有采用二次開挖。現設備基礎圖有部分圖紙已經下來（白圖），圖紙說明要求，“設備基礎須設備到貨經核對無誤后方可施工”，為提前施工工期，爭得業主同意，按目前白圖施工，特制定本方案。
二、總體施工部署：
   按設備基礎下的結構設計，土方開挖分為兩個區域，第一區域開挖有毛石基礎部分，第二區域為開挖有三、七灰土
