  本工程為XXXXXX，其中B3～B4棟帶有一層地下室。地上12層，首層層高6.0米，為架空層，其余樓層層高2.9米，總高度45.75米。工程結(jié)構(gòu)為現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)（局部框支轉(zhuǎn)換）。工程場(chǎng)地地下水位較高，且存在較厚的淤泥和粉細(xì)砂層。局部地段軟硬互層帶比較發(fā)育。基礎(chǔ)原設(shè)計(jì)為人工挖孔樁，后因地質(zhì)情況復(fù)雜，現(xiàn)更改為沖孔樁。
This works for the XXXXXX, which B3 ~ B4 Building with a layer of the basement. 12 ground floor, first floor storey 6.0 m, elevated level, and the remaining 2.9 meters floor storey, with a total height of 45.75 meters. Engineering structure of steel reinforced concrete frame wall structure (local frame supported conversion). Project site high water table, and there is a thick layer of silt and fine sand. Local sites soft and hard rocks with more development. Based on the original design for the artificial foundation pile, after the complex due to geological conditions, is changed to punch pile.
