二、工程概況
1、工程地點(diǎn)：北京市豐臺(tái)區(qū)南三環(huán)路劉家窯橋
2、工程名稱(chēng)：北京地鐵五號(hào)線劉家窯站出入口站前廣場(chǎng)工程
3、工程概況：本工程設(shè)計(jì)總面積為10958.64（平方米），共分為四個(gè)區(qū)
第一區(qū)：東南出入口站前廣場(chǎng)（2025.22平方米）（其中含硬化后歸還870.18平方米），包括站前廣場(chǎng)鋪裝、停車(chē)場(chǎng)鋪裝、綠化。
第二區(qū)：東北出入口站前廣場(chǎng)（1591.31平方米），包括站前廣場(chǎng)鋪裝、停車(chē)場(chǎng)鋪裝、綠化。
第三區(qū)：西南出入口站前廣場(chǎng)（2277.70平方米）（其中含綠化后歸還1117.30平方米），包括站前廣場(chǎng)鋪裝、停車(chē)場(chǎng)鋪裝、綠化。
第四區(qū)：西北出入口站前廣場(chǎng)（5063.41平方米），包括站前廣場(chǎng)鋪裝、停車(chē)場(chǎng)鋪裝、綠化。
