1.工程概況
本工程分為奧運村地下工程，設二層地下室，地下室建筑面積為30375m2，基礎埋深約10米。本工程位置臨海，所處水位較高且水量較大。工程采用混凝土自防水和外卷材防水兩道設防，其中外防水采用外防外貼聚氯乙烯PVC高分子復合卷材（晨成牌）作為防水材料，防水范圍為底板、頂板、側墻全部砼結構，總防水面積約為40000m2。
卷材防水工程工期及進度安排同《施工組織設計大綱》。該工程工期緊，防水施工面節點及錯臺多，施工復雜，項目部必須精細施工

1. Project Overview
The project is divided into the Olympic Village underground project, located two-story basement, basement floor area of 30375m2, based on depth of about 10 meters.
