一、施工方案
1-1工程概況、條件及特點
1-1- 1工程概況
XX工程，建設地點位于X，整個建筑呈一個“X”字形，主樓共X層，第X層屋頂為水箱間、設備用房及電梯機房等，建筑占地面積3100m2，建筑面積為19200 m2，總床位數為500床。建筑高度23.90 m，框架抗震等級為三級,抗震設防烈度為七度,耐火等級為一級,屋面防水等級為一級，工程設計年限為50年。在一層門廳南向入口設有一個“八”字弧形斜坡道，建筑物內設有三臺電梯，均為客梯兼消防電梯，同時考慮殘疾人使用需要。
本工程各層建筑功能分別為：
一層：病房、衛生間、出院結算中心、入院登記中心、急診室、治療室、醫生辦公室等，層高3.60m；
二至六層：病房、衛生間、醫生辦公室、治療室等，層高均為3.30m；
屋頂層：屋頂為水箱間、設備用房及電梯機房等，層高3.30m。
防水工程：本工程防水等級為Ⅰ級，屋面防水采用屋面鋼筋混凝土剛性自防水和卷材防水相結合，防水層采用三元乙丙橡膠防水卷材（有保溫隔熱層），面貼陶瓷地磚。
大樓外裝飾主要為：外墻漆。
內裝飾主要為：樓地面：水泥砂漿找平地面；內墻柱：混合砂漿外刮白色904仿瓷涂料三遍；頂棚：混合砂漿外刮白色904仿瓷涂料三遍。
本工程采用鋼筋混凝土框架結構體系，獨立柱基礎和部分人工挖孔樁基礎；管道井、電梯井、樓梯間采用240mm厚MU10粘土磚M5混合砂漿砌筑；±0.000以下采用240mm厚MU10粘土磚M5水泥砂漿砌筑；內隔墻采用140mm厚MU7.5混凝土空心砌塊M7.5混合砂漿砌筑。
本工程鋼筋采用Ⅰ--Ⅱ級鋼筋，鋼筋接頭優先采用焊接，焊接時優先采用閃光對焊，二級鋼筋焊接采用E43焊條；

Main outside the building decoration: outside wall paint.
Mainly in decoration: the ground floor: cement floor leveling; Interior Column: 904 mixed mortar outside the white melamine paint scratch three times; roof: mixed mortar outside scraping white melamine paint three times 904.
