一、施工方案
1.1 工程概況
(1) 工程名稱：XX鄉(xiāng)人民政府綜合樓
(2) 工程地點：XX鄉(xiāng)人民政府院內(nèi)
(3) 工程規(guī)模及功能分區(qū)：總建筑面積為6145m2，層數(shù)為六層，房屋高度為21.6m。各層使用功能如下：
一層∽二層：門面
三層∽六層：住宅
(4) 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計：基礎(chǔ)為振動灌注樁基礎(chǔ)、六層磚混、按七度抗震烈度設(shè)防，樓板除樓梯間、衛(wèi)生間、廁所、客廳等為現(xiàn)澆板外，其余均為預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板，砌體結(jié)構(gòu)采用Mu10粘土磚、一至三層為M10混合砂漿、四至五層為M7.5混合砂漿、六層以上為M5混合砂漿，砼結(jié)構(gòu)強度等級情況如下：
基礎(chǔ)采用C20砼
現(xiàn)澆柱、梁、板除一至三層采用C30砼外，以上均為C20砼
現(xiàn)澆構(gòu)造柱、圈梁采用C20砼
鋼筋級別為Ⅰ、Ⅱ級。
(5) 屋面防水：剛性防水
(6) 建筑裝飾
外墻：采用外墻漆
室內(nèi)地面為水泥砂漿、內(nèi)墻為混合砂漿。
1.2 施工部署
1.2.1 施工管理目標(biāo)
為樹立企業(yè)形象，實現(xiàn)各項管理目標(biāo)，推行項目法管理，采用先進技術(shù)，精心組織、精心操作、優(yōu)質(zhì)、安全、高速、低耗建好該工程，具體目標(biāo)如下：
工程質(zhì)量：確保省優(yōu)良工程。
施工工期：確保160天竣工交付使用。
安全生產(chǎn)：杜絕重大傷亡、設(shè)備、火災(zāi)事故。
文明施工：執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理，成為文明典范。
服務(wù)目標(biāo)：與各方密切配合，為設(shè)備安裝、裝修施工創(chuàng)造條件，使業(yè)主滿意。
1.2.2 施工組織管理機構(gòu)設(shè)置
公司組建本工程項目經(jīng)理部，代表公司具體對整個工程
A construction program
1.1 Project Overview
(1) Project Name: XX Township People's Government Complex Building
(2) Project Location: XX village people's government hospital

1.2 Construction of the deployment
