1－1　工程概況
本工程為XX市一人民醫院醫療綜合大樓工程，位于XX市XX路一人民醫院院內，由XX設計研究院設計，建設規模為10260m2，共十六層， 最高處標高為57.2m，室內外高差為0.15m，工程為框架剪力墻結構，按七度抗震設防。
1－1－1　基礎：人工挖孔灌注樁基礎，砼帶形基礎，樁基砼強度等級為C20，樁帽為C30，基礎梁、側板、地下室板為C30抗滲砼。
1－1－2　主體：框架剪力墻結構，框架抗震等級為三級，剪力墻抗震等級為二級，砼強度等級柱一至七層為C35，八層至頂層為C30，梁、板為C30。地下室墻體用240mm厚M10粘土磚，M10水泥砂漿砌筑；框架間砌墻、圍護外墻、樓梯間墻為240mm厚MU5粘土空心磚，M5混合砂漿砌筑，內隔墻分別為180mm厚、140mm厚MU5粘土空心磚，砼空心砌塊M5混合砂漿砌筑；部分內隔墻為90mm厚輕質墻板M5水泥砂漿砌筑。
1－1－3　外裝飾：裙樓標高11.05m以下部分為250×400麻色仿石面磚，以上全部為MTE－A801彩釉瓷質磚。
1－1－4　內裝飾：（1）地下室各房間地面為銀灰色涂料，見標準圖集98ZJ0013/4，墻裙1.2m高為銀灰色乳膠漆，見98 ZJ0018/38，墻面、天棚為混合砂漿，面做904仿瓷涂料，見98ZJ0014/30和98ZJ0015/30。（2）各護理單元南北陽臺，各

1-1 Project Overview
This project is a XX City People's Hospital Medical Complex project, located in XX City, XX Road, People's Hospital, designed by the Institute of XX design, construction scale of 10260m2, a total of 16 layers, the highest point elevation of 57.2m, indoor and outdoor high deviation of 0.15m, works for the frame structure, according to 7 degree earthquake.
1-1-1 basis: artificial drilled pile foundation, concrete strip foundation, pile concrete strength grade of C20, pile caps for the C30, foundation beams, siding, basement seepage plate for the C30 concrete.
1-1-2 Subject: frame structure, frame structure grade 3, grade 2 shear wall, concrete strength grade one to seven columns for the C35, eighth floor to the top of the C30, beam, plate C30. Basement walls with 240mm thick clay brick M10, M10 mortar masonry; framework between the walls, retaining wall, stair wall is 240mm thick hollow clay brick MU5, M5 mixed mortar masonry, respectively, within the walls 180mm thick, MU5 140mm thick hollow clay brick, concrete hollow block masonry mortar mix M5; part of the light within the wall to wall M5 90mm thick cement mortar masonry.
1-1-3 outer decoration: Elevation 11.05m podium following section is 250 × 400 color Fang Shi Ma tile, above all for the MTE-A801 glaze porcelain tile.
1-1-4 decorating: (1) the basement floor for the silver-gray paint the room, see the standard atlas 98ZJ0013 / 4, dado 1.2m high for the silver-gray paint, see 98 ZJ0018/38, wall, ceiling mixed mortar, surface coatings do 904 melamine, see 98ZJ0014/30 and 98ZJ0015/30.
