1-1-1工程概況
XX市第一人民醫院新住院大樓建設工程，建設地點位于湖南省XX市第一人民醫院院內。建筑物地上為14層，其中1-4層為裙樓，其中3-4層之間設有一層設備層，4-14層為主樓，地下層為1層，屋頂設電梯機房、儲藏間等，總建筑面積為53000m2，其中主樓建筑面積為32588 m2 ，裙樓1-4層建筑面積為16180 m2，地下層建筑面積為4232 m2，建筑總高度為54.30m，框架結構、地下層部分為剪力墻結構，設計建筑結構的安全等級為二級，耐火等級為一級，本工程結構設計使用年限為50年。
本工程各層建筑功能分別為：
地下層：車庫、消防水池、值班室、冷凍機房、配電房等，層高為5.50m；
一層：大堂、藥庫、商店、銀行、消防控制室等，層高為4.20m；
二層：計算機中心、康復中心、血庫、各專業治療室等，層高為3.80m；
三層：家屬等候區、餐廳、更衣室、手術室等，層高為4.50m；
設備層：電纜井、管道井等，層高為2.19m；
四層：外科病房、示教室、護士站等，層高為3.61m；
五層：活動室、示教室、婦科病房、產科病房等，層高為3.60m；
六層：活動室、示教室、標準病房、新生兒科等，層高為3.60m；

1-1-1 Project Overview
