一　施 工 方 案

1、工程概況
本工程為XX市XX大道人行道工程。工程建設(shè)地點(diǎn)位于XX經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)南部，西起XX路，東止XX高速公路連接線，本工程設(shè)計(jì)起點(diǎn)--終點(diǎn)為：K0+000—K1+810.18南側(cè)，全長1510.18M（不含王家河大橋300M橋面），該人行道寬6M。
 本人行道路工程主要工序?yàn)椋喝斯ね练剑宦反财秸�碾壓；機(jī)械外運(yùn)土方；C15砼墊層；廣場磚鋪裝；花崗石鋪裝；雨花石鋪裝。
    2、施工部署及管理目標(biāo)
1.1、施工部署
    我公司自成立以來，承建了一大批大中型道路工程，創(chuàng)出了一批精品名牌。我們在總結(jié)以往道路工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，認(rèn)真分析了本工程特點(diǎn)，精心組織，精心施工，將該工程列為我公司2002年重點(diǎn)管理工作，組建強(qiáng)有力的項(xiàng)目部負(fù)責(zé)施工。本著“建設(shè)放心工程、追求更高目標(biāo)”的宗旨，按照國家、部委有關(guān)規(guī)范、規(guī)程的要求，建立健全的與之相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量保證體系與質(zhì)量管理體系。按照質(zhì)量保證手冊與質(zhì)量管理手冊編制本工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃，并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。我們的目標(biāo)是確保本工程的質(zhì)量達(dá)到市優(yōu)質(zhì)工程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。并設(shè)立專職計(jì)劃調(diào)度員，定期檢查網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃實(shí)施情況，隨時(shí)調(diào)解生產(chǎn)中的
