現(xiàn)場實際情況
1. 1、工程概況
    本工程為XX師范學(xué)院東院教職工住宅樓（C棟）工程。位于XX市XX師范學(xué)院生活區(qū)院內(nèi)，由XX設(shè)計有限責(zé)任公司設(shè)計。建筑面積為5497.7m2,其中四室兩廳共36套,每套152.7m2,復(fù)式磚混結(jié)構(gòu)，共三個單元，總長為73.54m，寬為14.94m，標準層：六層，層高均為2.80m，架空層為雜物間及車庫，層高分別為1.95m和2.55m，檐口高度為18.99m和19.25m。
 1.1.1、建筑概況
本工程為三個單元呈一字型平面布置，每戶由四室二廳一廚二廁二陽臺組成。
    1 、樓地面：
客廳、臥室、餐廳、陽臺、樓梯間地面為水泥砂漿壓光，廁、廚為250×250防滑地磚樓面。貯藏間為60mm厚砼地面，水泥砂漿面層，樓梯間踢腳線為水泥砂漿踢腳線。
2 、內(nèi)墻面、天棚：
    所有天棚均為為水泥砂漿打底,“904”仿瓷涂料三遍。 廁所、衛(wèi)生間內(nèi)墻為水泥砂漿打底，面層200×300面磚到頂。其余內(nèi)

1.1, Project Overview
    This works for the XX Normal University East Hospital Staff Residence Building (C Building) project.
