1-1-1工程概況
XX汽車西站工程，建設地點位于XX大道，緊鄰XX指揮中心，主樓共七層，裙樓三層，裙樓候車大廳為一橢圓形建筑。本建筑占地面積2547m2，建筑面積為6971m2，建筑主樓最高度為37.70 m，框架結構，框架抗震等級為三級,抗震設防烈度為七度,耐火等級為二級。
本工程各層建筑主要功能分別為：
一層： 橢圓形候車大廳等，層高10.20m；主樓一層為候車廳、總服務臺、行包寄存處、男、女廁所，層高為5.40m。
二層：辦公室等，層高均為4.20m。
三至七層：客房等，層高均為3.30m。
防水工程：本工程防水等級為Ⅰ級，屋面防水采用屋面鋼筋混凝土剛性自防水和卷材防水相結合，防水層采用氯化聚乙烯橡膠共混防水卷材（有保溫隔熱層），面層為聚氨酯涂料。
大樓外裝飾主要為：金花米黃花崗巖、米黃色外墻漆及綠色玻璃幕墻。
內裝飾主要為：樓地面：會議室、客房等為水泥砂漿找平地面；廁所、衛生間為防滑陶瓷地磚；候車大廳等為仿金花米黃花崗巖內陶瓷地磚；部分房間為米黃色陶瓷地磚和塑膠活動地板。墻柱：混合砂漿外刮白色乳膠漆，廁所、衛生間為米白色瓷磚。頂棚：混合砂漿外刮白色乳膠漆。
門窗工程：本設計門為高級夾板門、乙級防火門、鋁合金門；窗為70系列塑鋼推拉窗，防火窗；局部為玻璃幕墻。
本工程采用鋼筋混凝土框架結構體系，夯擴樁基礎；砌體外圍護墻為240mm厚混凝土空心

1-1-1 Project Overview
XX Changsha Western Bus Station engineering, construction, located at XX Boulevard, close to the XX command centers, the main building of seven, three-storey podium, podium waiting room for oval construction. Waterproof: Waterproof rating of the project grade Ⅰ, reinforced concrete roofing used roofing and waterproofing membrane waterproofing of rigid combination of waterproof layer of chlorinated polyethylene-rubber blended waterproof membrane (with thermal insulation layer), the surface layer polyurethane coating.
Main outside the building decoration: Golden Flower beige granite, rice yellow paint and green glass curtain wall.
Decorating mainly: building floor: meeting room, rooms, etc. for the cement mortar leveling the ground; toilet, toilet for the non-slip ceramic floor tiles; waiting hall for the imitation of Golden Flower beige granite ceramic tiles; some room for the beige ceramic tiles and plastic raised floor. Qiang Zhu: white latex paint mixed mortar blowing outside, toilet, bathroom tile is white rice. Ceiling: white emulsion paint mixed mortar blowing outside.
Windows and doors project: the design of the door for senior plywood door, B fire doors, aluminum doors; 70 series PVC sliding sash windows, fire windows; local glass curtain wall.
The project reinforced concrete frame structure, compaction pile foundation; masonry perimeter wall to 240mm thick concrete hollow
