一　施 工 方 案

1. 1、工程概況
本工程是XX廣播電視大學科教樓工程。位于XX市XX廣播電視大學校園內。由XX市建筑設計院設計。框架結構，五層樓，建筑物總開間為25.30m，總進深為20.60m，一至四層層高均為3.60m，五層層高為5.00m，室內外高差為－0.45m，房子總高度為19.85m。
 1.1.1、建筑概況
本工程按使用功能劃分為：一層有一個建筑面積為318m2的閱讀室和一個建筑面積為106 m2的書庫；二～四層均是建筑面積為424 m2的教室（電教室），五層為一個多功能廳，建筑物呈長方形與原有辦公樓并列布置。
    1 、樓地面
一層閱讀室、書庫、二～四層電教室、五層多功能廳所有樓、地面均為佛山牌600×600陶瓷地板磚；一～五層衛生間樓地面均為佛山牌200×200陶瓷地板磚；一～五層樓梯間為1：2水泥砂漿抹面，具體施工方法見設計要求98ZJ001-樓1/14。
2 、內墻面
    除衛生間內墻設計為200×300內墻面磚外，其余所有內墻面均按照XX市建筑設計院設計的XX廣播電視大學科教樓

    1, Ground Floor
Floor reading room, stack, two to four classrooms and five function rooms of all buildings, ground Foshan cards are 600 × 600 ceramic tile; a ~ five-storey Foshan brand toilet floor are 200 × 200 ceramic floor brick; a five-story stairwell ~ 1:2 cement finishing, concrete construction methods, see the design requirements 98ZJ001-floor, 1 / 14.
2, inner wall
    In addition to interior design bathroom interior wall tile for the 200 × 300, all other city within the walls are in accordance with the XX XX Architectural Design Institute of Radio and TV educational building
