一、施工方案
1.1工程概況
本工程為XX財富廣場，位于XX市XX路，建設規模為XXm2，總用地面積為Xm2共X層，建筑最高處標高為Xm，一層室內外高差為Xm，工程為框架結構，按七度抗震設防。
基礎：人工挖孔灌注樁基礎，樁基礎砼強度等級為C25；樁帽C30，基礎梁C35。
主體：框架剪力墻結構，框架抗震等級為三級，，砼強度等級六層-頂層柱、梁、墻、板為C30，二層-六層柱、墻和地下層-六層梁、板為C35；地下室及一層柱、墻為C40。電梯井、樓梯間采用240mm厚MU5粘土空心磚M5混合砂漿砌筑；±0.000以下采用240mm厚MU5粘土空心磚M5水泥砂漿砌筑；內隔墻采用140mm厚MU5混凝土輕質砌塊M5混合砂漿砌筑。
外裝飾：臨街立面外裝飾主要為海洋藍色玻璃幕墻和鋁塑板墻面相間，另外三立面外裝飾主要為桔黃色進口外墻漆，部分為海洋藍色玻璃幕墻。
內裝飾：樓地面：地下停車場為水泥砂漿找平地面，樓梯間及電梯候梯廳為花崗地面，商場等地面為全瓷地面磚；內墻柱：混合砂漿外刮白色904仿瓷涂料三遍；頂棚：商場及電梯廳為條形金屬板吊頂天棚，其它為混合砂漿外刮白色904仿瓷涂料。
門窗：本工程鋁合金門窗采有振升90系列及110系列產品，顏色：窗為銀白色，采用6厚玻璃，外墻為藍色鍍膜玻璃，室內為白色透明玻璃。所有內外窗為推拉窗。
屋面：本工程屋面為剛、柔性防水屋面，防水等級為Ⅱ級，屋面鋼筋混凝土剛性自防水和卷材防水相結合，防水層采用氯化聚乙烯橡膠防水卷材。

1、場地情況：施工場地較小，場地已平整。
2、水電情況：臨時水電設施

1.1 Project Overview

Foreign Decoration: decorating the street outside the main facade of marine blue glass curtain wall and aluminum plate wall and white, the other three facades and outdoor decoration mainly on imports of orange paint, part of the marine blue glass curtain wall.
