HZS35B×2攪拌站安裝與施工方案
一、 概述
鑒于大學城指揮部指定供應我標段的長興混凝土攪拌站所供應的混凝土量明顯不能滿足現時的需求量，為緩解大學城建設混凝土需求高峰期的供應強度、保證工程的進度和工期，落實《穗學指辦字[2003]130號》文件的精神，我司擬在施工區域內建立混凝土現場攪拌站。此攪拌站主要供應藥科樓、工科樓的混凝土需求量和作為其他棟號的應急后備，每小時產量為40m3。
二、 攪拌站的平面布置
本攪拌站擬建在在建教學區內，位于藥科樓、工科樓和教學區A線道路之間（位置詳見總平面圖）。攪拌站內的機械、設備、材料堆場的具體位置和車進出方向等詳見（平面布置圖）。所需的水池、添加劑池和排水溝的位置和做法詳見平面布置圖中注釋。攪拌機位置搭設簡易上蓋。
三、 人員及機械配置
1、 人員配置
本攪拌站按其運作要求配置：主管1人；機長1人；操作人員4人；鏟車司機2人；質量管理員2人，共10人。
2、 機械配置
