土建工程施工方案
1、施工測量
建筑物定位放線、高程控制等施工測量均應分別記錄測量成果,經業主或監理單位復核認可后,方可進行下道工序施工。
1.1建筑物定位放線
根據業主提供的坐標,用經校驗合格的GJ2光學經緯儀采用直角坐標法測設出建筑物平面控制網,并在控制網頂點設置半永久性控制樁,用砼予以保護。根據建筑物施工平面圖,用同樣方法將主軸線定于控制網上。縱、橫向各設2條和4條主軸線,每條軸線為4個標識點,從而形成施工測量控制網,用以作為基礎定位放線依據,其誤差控在1/2000范圍之內。
1.2軸線控制:
根據施工平面圖和主軸線,利用經緯儀和鋼尺分別用直角坐標法和內分法測定條基中心線,各開間軸線用鋼卷尺量定。測設時,按常規方法進行復核,使之閉合差不超過規范規定。
1.3標高控制:
根據建設方給定的水準點,用經校驗的DS3水準儀進行高程測設,在擬建房屋周圍的原有建筑物陽角引測 ±0.00m控制點,標高傳遞采用經檢定的鋼卷尺沿墻角自±0.00M標高向上丈量傳遞,下部引上標高點不少于3點,對引上的標高用水準儀閉合,作為該標高點,測量成果記錄必須及時請建設單位復查簽字。
