1. 概述
由中建二局南方建筑公司總承包的胡志明市順橋廣場是越南在建最大規(guī)模民用建筑工
程,建筑總面積97000m2,地上36 層,塔樓群頂標高為110.536m,廣場地處胡志明市市區(qū)
中心,裙房南北兩側(cè)緊靠市區(qū)公路干線雄王道和新興街。由于受現(xiàn)場環(huán)境的限制施工無法使
用常規(guī)外爬塔機,受電梯井道尺寸及結(jié)構(gòu)的限制也無法使用常規(guī)內(nèi)爬方案,結(jié)合各方面的因
素,選用了拓植公司生產(chǎn)FM2555 大型塔機,采用電梯井道內(nèi)連續(xù)加高的內(nèi)置安裝方案。主
體結(jié)構(gòu)封頂后,塔機主鉤標高120m,單機結(jié)構(gòu)總重120t,機群中心距離分別為65.58m 及
56.20m。根據(jù)順橋廣場施工總進度要求,一期工程拆除塔樓1 號及2 號塔機,每臺工期13d。
二期工程拆除塔樓3 號塔機,工程15d。由于塔機拆除工程風(fēng)險大,項目經(jīng)理部采用國際招
標法,參與工程投標的還有新加坡的Handing way 公司及越南BINH TRIEU 公司。現(xiàn)場的塔
機布置如圖1 所示。

2. 技術(shù)方案
本工程工期短,難度大,又由于境外工程各方面條件的限制,制定安全可靠、經(jīng)濟高效
的技術(shù)方案顯得非常重要。根據(jù)順橋廣場FM2555 塔機安裝的特殊性,一期工程采用最大限
度利用FM2555 塔機自身結(jié)構(gòu)、機構(gòu)的自卸方案。二期工程最大限度利用塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)特點和現(xiàn)
場環(huán)境特點,采用先拆塔身,后拆兩臂的逆卸方案。該方案經(jīng)與新加坡的Handing Way 公司1. Overview
