夏雨季施工措施
一． 編制說明：
銅陵發電廠五期擴建（1×300MW）工程冷卻塔風筒采用塔內設置一臺液壓頂升平橋附著一臺施工升降機吊運混凝土和構件進行施工。由于冷卻塔風筒施工工期長，歷經六、七、八三個月，根據掌握的水文和氣象資料及招標文件提供的信息，銅陵市在這幾個月進入多雷雨和暴雨季節，且多伴隨有大風，另外冷卻塔筒壁高度為120.3m，施工平臺為隨升平臺，一直隨水塔筒壁升到頂，雷雨和大風將對隨升平臺造成非常不利影響，給施工帶來很大難度。此外，這幾個月又是夏季高溫季節，人員在高空作業，直接曝曬時間長，容易造成人員疲勞、體力下降及中暑現象而影響到正常施工。因此，及時編制夏雨季施工措施，提前做好防暑降溫、防大風、防大汛防、雷擊的預防準備工作，真正做到未雨綢繆，有備無患。
二．   施工準備：
1. 施工前，必須按照《施工組織設計》中現場排水的布置要求做好各項排水工作，保證及時排走場地內的雨水。
2. 要做好各種排水設備的維修、保養工作，保證其能及時使用和正常運行。
3. 根據工程需要備齊各類防雷雨、防風、防汛物資（如腳手管、鋼絲繩、手電筒、雨衣、活動防雨棚、編織袋、鐵鍬、潛水泵、鏈條葫蘆、花籃螺絲等），要提前采購，并設立專門的倉庫保存，以防突發事件。
4. 水塔液壓頂升平橋施工前避雷接地要敷設完，并經過電阻測試合格后方可使用。
5. 設專人記錄每天氣象預報，并根據預報的未來幾天的天氣形勢，為下一步工作早做準備。
6. 為了能夠更好地做好防風、防雨及防暑降溫工作，成立專門的領導小組和搶險隊。
三.   防風措施：
1. 成立防風、防暑管理小組，專門收集當地氣象資料，接聽銅陵地區近期氣象情況，時刻注意天氣變化趨勢，掌握天氣運行趨勢。
