一、材料要求：
1輕鋼龍骨分U形和T形龍骨兩種，并按荷載分上人和不上人兩種。
2 輕鋼骨架主件為大、中、小龍骨；配件有吊掛件、連接件、插接件。
3 零配件：有吊桿、角碼、絲桿和螺母、射釘、自攻螺釘。
4 按設計要求選用罩面板，其材料品種、規格、質量應符合設計要求。
二、主要機具：
電動機具：電鋸、無齒鋸、手電鉆、沖擊電錘、電動螺絲刀、電焊機。
手動機具：射釘槍、拉鉚槍、氣動直釘槍、氣動碼釘槍、手鋸、手刨子、鉗子、扳子、水準儀、靠尺、鋼卷尺等。
三、作業條件：
1工前應熟悉現場、圖紙及設計說明。
2計要求對房間的凈高、洞口標高和吊頂內的管道、設備及其支架的標高進行交接檢驗。
3收記錄和復驗報告。
4設備安裝完成。罩面板安裝前，上述設備應檢驗、試壓驗收合格。
5面板安裝前，墻、柱面裝飾基本完成，涂料只剩最后一遍面漆并經驗收合格。
四、操作工藝：
（一）工藝流程:

Third, the operating conditions:
1 should be familiar with the site before work, drawings and design description.
2 meter clearance height requirements of the room, entrance level and ceiling inside the pipe, equipment and support the elevation for the transfer test.
3, collection records and re-inspection report.
4 equipment installed. Zhao Mianban Before installation, the equipment should be tested, test pressure acceptance.
