一． 工程概況
本工程建筑面積約20000平方米，由二個幢號組成商住樓，現澆鋼筋砼
十三層框剪結構，結構設計按8度抗震設防。建筑總高約為45米，層高為3米，最大跨為6米。
二． 施工方法
（一） 施工準備
1、模板安裝前基本工作：
（1）放線：首先引測建筑的邊柱、墻軸線，并以該軸線為起點，引出各條軸線。模板放線時，根據施工圖用墨線彈出模板的中心線和邊線，墻模板要彈出模板的邊線和外側控制線，以便于模板安裝和校正。
（2）用水準儀把建筑水平標高根據實際標高的要求，直接引測到模板安裝位置。
（3）模板墊底部位應預先找平，雜物清理干凈，以保證模板位置正確，防止模板底部漏漿或砼成形后爛根。
（4）需用的模板及配件對其規格、數量逐項清點檢查，未經修復的部件不得使用。
（5）工長事先確定模板的組裝設計方案，向施工班組進行技術、質量、安全交底。
（6）經檢查合格的模板應按安裝程序進行堆放或運輸。堆放整齊，底部模板應墊離地面不少10cm.
（7）支承支柱的土壤地面，應事先夯實整平，加鋪50厚墊板，并做好防水、排水設置。
（8）模板應涂刷脫模劑。結構表面需作處理的

2. Construction Method
