1、工程概況
北京××工程#、11#住宅樓工程位于北京××區(qū)××大街××號院內(nèi)，建筑面積××m2，其中，10#住宅樓26863.2m2。兩棟住宅樓均為地下兩層，地上二十四層，地下二層為人防，地下一層為自行車庫、配電間、弱電間等；地上部分為居民用房。
地下二層層高3.65m，地下一層層高3.25m，1~24層層高2.8 m，電梯機(jī)房層高5.0m，水箱間高3.67m。建筑物檐高為68.00m，建筑物總高度78.2m。
工程基礎(chǔ)采用滿堂紅基礎(chǔ)，場地為中硬場地土，場地類別II類，底板厚0.9~1.2m，埋深-7.88~-8.48m，建筑物外圍尺寸為39.6m×33.2m。
2、施工現(xiàn)場條件
   北京××工程10#、11#住宅樓工程位于北京市××區(qū)××大街××號院內(nèi)，建筑物周圍原建筑較多。
   10#北側(cè)為原甲方6#住宅樓（8有居民），5層，高約15m，距離10#樓約16m，10#樓西側(cè)為北京××學(xué)院宿舍樓，最高處6層高約20m，距 離10#樓約15m。
   11#樓北側(cè)為原甲方4#住宅樓（有居民），5層，高約15 m，西側(cè)
