本工程建筑面積××m2，地上××層，地下2層，局部××層。建筑檐高××m，為全現澆剪墻結構。除樓梯間內隔墻厚180mm外，其余內外墻均為200mm厚。今年雨季施工的項目為主體及二次結構工程。
