1、暖通工程概況
    該工程一至十六層為研究、實驗、辦公部分，通風空調采用風機盤管加新風系統，每層設2臺新風機組，B1層為設備部分，內設空調機房，采用大風道系統南北各設軸流風機1臺。
2、施工組織
2.1  勞動組織準備：本工程的總包方為北京××建設工程有限責任公司第××項目經理部，機電設備部分分包給北京××公司水電分公司，在總包方統一領導下開展工作，針對新承包的工程項目，配備相應施工人員，建立施工管理體生活費，對工程進度，質量進行嚴格控制，保證施工順利進行，各專業、項目設有專業人員專業管理。
2.2  技術準備：組織技術人員熟悉施工圖紙和有關的設計資料，對相關的技術、經濟和自然條件進行調查分析、研究可行的施工方案。針對圖紙中存在的問題及時記錄，為施工作出準確的、科學的技術指導。
2.3施工現場準備：施工道路、施工用水、施工用電和加工場地由總包方統一規劃，生產、辦公、生活用房等臨時用房由總包方提供。
2.4本專業空調系統由施工班組加工、制作、安裝、保溫，根據專業
