(一)裝飾裝修工程
1．編制依據

2  裝飾裝修工程概況
2.1  外檐裝飾
    外墻面為彈涂淺粉色涂料，+6.50m以下至室外地坪為仿蘑菇石飾面板。外窗為塑料鋼窗。
2.2  室內裝飾
墻面——除廚房、衛生間為釉面磚外，全部為白色耐水膩子，12cm高藍色踢腳板；
地面——除廚房、衛生間為地磚外，全部為細石砼水泥壓光；
頂棚——除間道為礦棉吸音板吊頂板外，其他全部刮白耐水膩子。
2.3  裝飾工程特點
    本工程裝飾材料檔次中檔，因此材料本身的質量，尤其在規格、尺寸、顏色、一致性上，從以往經驗看，比較難于控制。
本工程的質量目標為“長城杯”工程，目前結構尺寸、外觀觀感控制已達到預控目標，因此，裝飾工程質量，必須克服材料本身帶來的施工難度，達到“粗糧細做”，保證觀感和實測達到質量預控的目標。

1.3 Construction Conditions
