二、工程概況
北京××科研實驗大樓工程位于北京市××區××路××號,地處三環以外。建筑場地面積1761m2首層面積1809m2,總建筑面積29052m2,分主樓和裙房(裙房主要為地下環形車道),主樓地下二層,地上十六層,結構形式為全現澆框架一簡體結構。建筑物檐高59.65m,總高度為65.40m;室內外高差450mm,±0.000相當于絕對標高51.70m。
主樓:基礎為平板筏基,埋深-10.75m,C15砼墊層100mm厚,底板1500mm厚。一層、二層、三層外軸線尺寸為41.16×43.96m,四至十六層外軸線尺寸為41.16×35.90m,內設四部電梯,兩座樓梯。
裙房即地下環形車道,為旋轉式坡道分上下層,共兩座,坡度為I=9.12%,旋轉外墻外半徑10.46m,內墻內半徑為5.74m,底板厚250mm,頂板厚250mm,墻厚260mm,出口設防倒塌棚架。
2.控制點的布置及施測
2.1 從場地的實際情況看,場地四周離建筑物在10m以上,故對布設控制點無影響。由于汽車坡道后期施工(待主體結構完工后)、南側場地做臨設及材料堆放用,所以南北向控制點集中布設在北側原有混凝土地面上,南側只布設遠向復核控制點,施工場地不受影響,東西向控制點布設在西側,東側設復核控點。
2.2 布設的控制點均引向四周永久建筑物或馬路上,且要求通視,采用正倒鏡分中法投測軸線時或后視時均在觀測范圍之內。
2.3 根據甲方要求和測繪院提供的紅線點形成四邊形進行控制。
2.4 根據施工組織設計,對樓層進行網狀控制,兼顧±0.000以上施工,設置控制軸線1、6軸,B(A軸用于地下)、F軸(G軸用于地下)及北側汽車坡道過圓心的南北向、東西向為控制軸。
2.5 根據測繪院提供的BM1、BM2(西側)及BM3(北側)三點高程控制點數據(具體數據詳見測繪成果資料)向建筑物四周引測固定高程控制
